The doors will open at MSAC between 7.00 & 7.30 AM. Warm-Up will commence at 7.30 AM and finish at 8.00 to 8.15 AM.
Please arrive by 7.15 AM and meet me on the pool deck if you are in the morning session.
Attached to this article are the athlete list and session report. The athlete document also lists what heat and lane you are swimming in.
e.g. 3 Girls 12&U 50 Free 34.57 6/5, means you are swimming in event three, heat six and lane five.
