2. Choose your Proficiency Awards that you will apply for evaluation
(Bar to Gold Award can only be applied if Gold Award already received)
3. Note you can apply for multiple awards concurrently

Eg: Apply for Silver, Bronze Star & Bronze Awards
You will swim 100 BR, 100 FLY, 100 BK, 100 FR – Silver Award Events
(your 50m splits from the 100’s will be recorded and eligible for Bronze & Bronze Star Awards)
