During the first week of the September school holidays, we will be holding a Challenge Week intensive program. The curriculum for the week has been designed to prepare our swimmers for the upcoming long-course season, starting in October.
Each squad will have its own set of challenges, chief among which will be the ‘Total Number of Sessions’ Challenge.
All swimmers will have the second week of the school holidays off to recover and adapt to the challenges of such an intensive program.
